Rooms & Rates

  • High season is March through August plus holidays.

  • Minimum stay required: Two nights in low season. Three nights in high season.

  • Add $15 per night for each additional person after the first two.

  • Guests checking out prior to the scheduled departure date are subject to the full amount of their contracted stay.

  • All rooms are non-smoking.

  • Pets are not permitted.

  • Apartment 6 is handicapped accessible.
Meadow View Lodge:

  • Apartment #2, sleeps 4 (1 twin bed in bedroom, 1 twin and one queen-sized bed in main room).   High Season $125. Low Season $105.
  • Apartment #3, sleeps 3 (1 full-sized bed in bedroom, 1 twin-sized bed in main room).  High Season $125. Low Season $105.  Porch faces meadow and wooded area.

The high season rates apply in March, April, May, June, July, August, & holidays

Cottonwood Lodge (on the creek):

  • Apartment #4, sleeps 2   (2 twin beds)  End unit with stone fireplace.  Patio on the creek.

Apartment #6, sleeps 2  (2 twin beds)  End unit with stone fireplace.  Patio on the creek.  Handicapped Accessible.

High Season $135. Low Season $115.

 

Creekside Cottage:

  • Sleeps up to 5 (1 full and 1 twin in bedroom, 1 full in main room) with large kitchen/Dining area.
  • Large covered porch.  
High Season $135. Low Season $115.

Stone Cottage:

Woodland Cottage:

  •   Two twin beds.
  • Gas-log fireplace

    Long-term Discounts Available in Winter.

    DEPOSIT:

    We require a 50% deposit to secure your reservation. 

    Deposits for reservations cancelled more than one month in advance (two months for groups) will be refunded, less a $20 cancellation fee.

    We welcome checks, cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
