High season is March through August plus holidays.
Minimum stay required: Three nights in April and May, two nights June through March.
All rates are for one or two people per night. Add $20 per night for each additional person.

Guests checking out prior to the scheduled departure date are subject to the full amount of their contracted stay.
All rooms are non-smoking.
Pets are not permitted.
Apartment 6 is handicapped accessible.

Stone Cottage: Sleeps up to 5 (2 twins in bedroom - can be converted to a king; 1 queen, 1 twin in main room), fireplace. One bathroom in hall between main room and bedroom High Season $160. Low Season $140. Meadow View Lodge:
Apartment #1, sleeps 2 (2 twin beds - can be converted to a King). High Season $95. Low Season $90. Smaller than our other units, but pleasant and comfortable. Exterior View of Apartments 1 & 2 Apartment #2, sleeps 4 (1 twin bed in bedroom, 1 twin and one queen-sized bed in main room). High Season $135. Low Season $115. Apartment #3, sleeps 3 (1 full-sized bed in bedroom, 1 twin-sized bed in main room). High Season $135. Low Season $115. Porch faces meadow and wooded area.

Apartment #6, sleeps 2 (2 twin beds - can be converted to a King) End unit with stone fireplace. Patio on the creek. Handicapped Accessible. High Season $145. Low Season $125.
Creekside Cottage: Sleeps up to 5 (1 full and 1 twin in bedroom, 1 full in main room) with large eat-in kitchen. Large covered porch. High Season $145. Low Season $125.
Woodland Cottage: Two twin beds - can be converted to a King . Gas-log fireplace High Season $145. Low Season $125. Ranch House Our largest accommodation Sleeps up to 6 in four bedrooms (One Queen, one twin, one twin, and two twins which can be converted into a King), two baths, fireplace. Spacious living room, large modern kitchen, large porch. High season $200. Low season $175.
All our units have complete kitchens. The high season rates apply in March, April, May, June, July, August, & holidays. Long-term Discounts Available. DEPOSIT: We require a 50% deposit to secure your reservation. Deposits for reservations cancelled with less than 30 days notice (60 days for groups) will be refunded if the reserved rooms can be rented, less a $20 cancellation fee. We welcome checks, cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Rates subject to change. |
